General Manager

Taking up the position of manager in a fast paced and growing business comes with a variety of responsibilities.

  • Motivating employees to increase sales 

  • Consulting with suppliers and purchasing departments

  • Maintaining budgets and costs 

  • Addressing customer queries feedback and complaints

  • Analysing sales figures 

  • Liaising with the company director to fulfil the desired vision of the store

  • Delegating tasks to your management team whilst ensuring that everybody has an even work load.
     

Requirements - as we’re sure you can understand with such responsibilities this position requires some additional requirements

  • 3 plus years of experience within a relevant sector with at least 1.5 years in a supervisory role i.e. keyholder, shift supervisor, assistant manager or manager. Whilst being capable of driving performance and consistent standards in business management, food quality and service

  • You will understand what it means to deliver amazing customer service and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding customer expectations

  • You will be obsessed with detail, highly attentive and confident analysing business data

  • You will have a warm and personable nature, always putting your people and customers first, living our values and driving our culture of supportive management, team spirit and a feeling of inclusiveness

Assistant Manager

Supervisor

Full time/ part time. working in tandem with management to ensure the continued smooth operation of business. Displaying an ability to work in a lone working situation as well as leading a small team. Relevant experience required at a minimum of 1 year in a suitable industry.

 

Sales Assistant

We’re looking for both part time and full-time sales assistants with experience within the hospitality industry. Preferably those with experience working in frozen confectionery as well as willing to be trained in the usage of milkshake machines and waffle irons.

 

Scottish Shop Sales Assistant

We’re looking for both part time and full-time sales assistants with experience within the retail sector, successful candidates will find themselves working with confectionery as well as supplying our patrons with souvenirs to commemorate their time in St Andrews 

 

Amore Sales Assistant

We’re looking for both part time and full-time sales assistants with experience within the retail sector, successful candidates will find themselves working within the luxury cashmere industry providing our patrons with a wide range of luxury garments whilst delivering a high level of service that our patrons have come to expect when interacting with our brand.
