The 2026 Third-Term Ballot
In July 2026, businesses in St Andrews town centre will be asked to vote on whether BID St Andrews should continue for a further five-year term.

BID renewal is an opportunity for local businesses to decide how the town centre is supported, managed and promoted in the years ahead. A renewed BID will continue to deliver business-led projects funded by the levy and shaped directly by member feedback, alongside strong representation and partnership working on issues that matter to local businesses.

The renewal ballot gives every levy payer a voice. Taking part ensures that the future direction of the BID reflects the needs of St Andrews’ business community and supports a vibrant, resilient town centre.
